Rocking, rocking
It begins small
In the seed, in the seiðr
It erupts from below
The power unleashed
In the seed, in the seiðr
It builds up through the middle
The being grows
From the seed, from the seiðr
It extends to the Worlds
The hamr is strong
From the seed, from the seiðr
It bears fruit to the Worlds
The megin is mighty
From the seed, from the seiðr
Its fruit leaves seeds
The cycle renews
From the seed, from the seiðr
Speaking of seiðr have you seen this or read/heard about it? (I am linking to the following video only because it’s currently my sole source and I wanted to ask your thoughts on it before anyone else!):
I’ll have more to say on it once you reply (if, in fact, you choose to do so…no worries if not, as I know you’re busy!). 😉

This was my first time running into this video, and I’m glad I did, in no small part because so much archaeology is taken out of context and out of its place in terms of what it can and cannot say. It was very refreshing to hear somebody say do not know. That being said, I, being a seiðmaðr have zero problem with somebody taking these as inspiration for the practices, but given how very little we know about this grave, and its connections to spiritual practice, there’s not much I have to say on the archaeology or the find itself. Modern seiðr practice has room for everybody in it, regardless of gender, sex, sexual identity, race, or ethnicity.
